Most standard business contracts: supplier agreements, service contracts, leases, software licences, distribution agreements, construction contracts, employment contracts, grant agreements, council procurement contracts, and more. If it is a contract that creates obligations, ObliTracker can process it. If you are unsure whether your contract type is suitable, email us before purchasing.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Documents are uploaded via an encrypted, password-protected client portal. We do not store your contracts beyond the duration of the engagement. We do not use your contract data to train AI models. We do not share documents with third parties. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest throughout.
Is ObliTracker legal advice?
No. ObliTracker provides operational intelligence — a structured plain-English register of what your contracts require. It is not legal advice and does not replace your legal counsel. If a clause is flagged as high-risk, we recommend you take it to a qualified lawyer. We help you find the things that need attention; your lawyer advises on what to do about them.
What if my contracts are long or complex?
Each tier has a page limit: Clarity covers up to 15 pages, Insight and Intelligence cover up to 30 pages. For larger portfolios or complex commercial arrangements, contact us to discuss an organisational engagement under ObliTracker Command.
Can I add more contracts later?
Yes. Once your initial engagement is complete, additional contracts can be added to your existing dashboard and register. We treat these as add-on engagements priced per contract. You keep the same dashboard structure and alert configuration — it just grows to reflect your current portfolio.
Can ObliTracker integrate with our existing systems?
Calendar integration files are delivered in .ics format and import directly into Google Calendar, Outlook, and Apple Calendar. The obligations register can be exported for import into most contract management, procurement, or project management platforms. Full API integration is on the development roadmap. If you have a specific integration requirement, contact us to discuss feasibility.
What if I am not happy with the output?
We stand behind the quality of every engagement. If the extraction is materially incomplete — obligations missed, incorrect categorisation, significant errors — we will rework it at no charge. We have never had to. But the guarantee is there.
