The Collective

Business analysis, operating and revenue model changes and a full process review for a Hāwera craft consignment shop, then a new WooCommerce site and a staff app. Staff photograph a product and its price tag; an AI agent cleans the image, reads the tag, writes the listing and hands back a finished draft. It is now a product any store can buy, called Tagmade.

What does an AI consultant do?

Do you work with organisations outside Taranaki?

Yes. We work with organisations across New Zealand. Most projects run online, with in-person workshops in Taranaki and Whanganui, and on site elsewhere when the work needs it.

What size of organisation do you work with?

Everything from small businesses and community organisations to councils, government agencies and larger companies. We size the work to fit, so a small team does not pay for a big-firm programme.

How do we get started?
