I have spent more than 20 years helping businesses, councils and public sector organisations cut through complexity, first through digital transformation, business analysis and process improvement, and now through practical AI strategy, AI governance and implementation.
My work starts with the business problem, not the tool. That means asking uncomfortable questions early, understanding the process before automating it, and making sure the advice is useful in the real world rather than impressive in a slide deck. The work also accounts for New Zealand privacy obligations and guidance from the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
Changeable is based in Taranaki and works across New Zealand and internationally. As a Senior Process and AI Analyst with AI New Zealand, I also work within a network spanning AI strategy, architecture, engineering, training and change management. Specialist involvement in Changeable projects is agreed and scoped as required.

Changeable engagements are scoped to fit what is actually needed, not forced into fixed consulting tiers. A focused workflow automation engagement might take two weeks. A full AI strategy engagement may take longer. The cost reflects the scope, complexity, risk and level of delivery support required.
Most single-engagement projects for New Zealand SMEs land somewhere between NZ$3,000 and NZ$20,000. Ongoing retainers typically start from NZ$2,500 per month. Larger or more complex programmes are quoted after scoping.
