The Workflow & Automation Agent

This agent identifies bottlenecks and inefficiencies in our processes, redesigning workflows to be faster, leaner, and more scalable. By automating repetitive work, they free me and my human team to focus on higher-value outcomes.

The Creative & Generative Agent

From written content and design assets to video and audio, the Creative Agent powers Changeable’s storytelling. They ensure our brand is consistent and our communication engaging, while dramatically reducing production time.

How They Collaborate as a Board of Directors

What makes this model powerful is not the individual agents — but how they collaborate like a board of directors. Each brings their own perspective to the table: strategy, governance, data, workflows, and creative. The CEO Agent orchestrates these voices, synthesising their input into clear priorities for me as Founder.
